Windows and Doors: A Glance into Robson’s Art Community

Sandy Hestes

The serene community of Robson Ranch was abuzz with creativity and culture in May as it hosted a highly successful art exhibit, drawing art enthusiasts and community members alike to appreciate the diverse talent on display.

Held from May 19-25 at the Robson Ranch clubhouse, the Windows and Doors exhibit showcased over 35 works from Robson artists. The unique pieces ranged from traditional and abstract paintings to actual window frames, a birdhouse, and even the new Robson lighthouse. The wide array of ideas did not disappoint.

The event was organized by the Robson Paint & Palette Club, a dedicated group of artists and art lovers committed to fostering creativity and appreciation for the arts within the community.

The Robson art exhibits, held in the spring and fall, have proven to be more than just annual events. They are the celebration of the community’s spirit and a testament to the power of art in bringing people together.

Artists are in the Indian Paintbrush Room (Room 103) every Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and during open studio on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Everyone is invited to come by and explore something new!
