The Women’s Club December program began with 2022 President Rose Depoe announcing that the Robson Ranch Women’s Club closed the year with a total of 491 members!
Following the announcement, a check in the amount of $31,691.35 was presented to Our Daily Bread to support their organization, which assists the Denton homeless community. The check was presented by President Rose Depoe, Community Outreach Chairperson Donna Gardner, and Ways and Means Committee Co-Chairpersons Pam Franks and Chris Anderson. This donation consisted of the fundraising proceeds from the Home & Garden Show and the Holiday Market.
The 2023 Executive Board members were installed, and the entire 2023 board was introduced to the membership attending the luncheon.
The Trammel Group did a wonderful rendition of holiday songs with just a twist, and the program was delightful!
February Program: Monday, Feb. 6
The February program will celebrate Valentine’s Day with the fabulous Robson Ranch Big Swing’n Band! Join us as we enjoy great tunes, such as Bobbie Darren’s “Mack the Knife,” Patsy Cline’s “Crazy,” and The Andrews Sisters’ “Come Love,” to name just a few. The charity is Friends of the Family.
Luncheon checks are due Monday, Jan. 30, at 8 a.m. Deposit your $19 luncheon check at the Cimarron Sports Center, Women’s Lounge, in the mailbox on the wall. You may also pay with PayPal by going on the Women’s Club website, rrwomensclub.org.
Remember to pay your 2023 membership dues at the luncheon.
