Letha Straub is the new Garden Club “Yard of the Month” chair. For June, she selected the yard of Cheryl McCally and Bill Soule at 12313 Glenbrook to receive this honorary award.
The conceptual design of this yard was created by Cheryl. She carefully sketched out her ideas and vision for their landscape contractor, whose team then artfully executed on her vision. Cheryl and Bill’s entire property is attractive and well-appointed, including a beautiful back courtyard with a custom fire pit with a water feature in the center. The front yard features a gentle, cascading waterfall surrounded by luscious plantings. And they also kindly provide curbside doggie treats and water to passing four-legged friends—so sweet! It’s worth the trip to stop by to admire this lovely yard.
The Garden Club takes a summer hiatus, starting up again in September. All RR residents are invited to join. We meet the third Monday of the month in the RR clubhouse, with occasional field trips. Annual membership is $10 per family unit. We look forward to welcoming you!
