When you are a newcomer to an area, there are so many things that you must do just to get comfortable in your new home. You must find a doctor, a dentist, the nearest grocery store, and someone who cuts your hair the way you want. So, sometimes important things like taking a responsible role in your community by voting get pushed aside. Even if you are a long-term resident of Robson Ranch, sometimes the voting portion of our lives gets pushed aside because of all our other activities.

Voices United, a non-partisan, progressive women’s club here at Robson Ranch, helps you by making it convenient to register to vote. The first Wednesday of every month, Margo Ways, a member of Voices United, is at a table in the clubhouse from 9 to 11 a.m. She coordinates the voter registration effort. Margo is also a fount of knowledge about upcoming elections. She can shed light on what the elections are about in a non-partisan manner. She also knows when and where future elections will be conducted.

If you haven’t registered to vote, take the time to register so that you can fulfill your responsibilities as a voting citizen.

Voices United is a non-partisan group of Robson Ranch women who share progressive values, perform community outreach, provide civic awareness and social contact for members, and have a good time! We’re a 501(c)(3) group. Our annual dues are $20.
