The Men’s Golf Association is wrapping up the plans for the 15th annual Member Guest Golf Tournament. The MGA Committee has been working since the first of the year putting together the tournament for this year.
The dates are September 6-8 and since this is the 15th tournament held here at Robson Ranch we want it to be special and the best ever!
Seventy-two teams of MGA members and their guests will play in this annual event.
Thursday events include a practice round of golf and a Calloway demo day on the driving range in the afternoon. Formal registration and check in will be in the clubhouse from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Each participant will be given a credit to use in the Callaway and FootJoy Remote Pro-Shop as well as tournament gifts.
Friday will begin with a breakfast buffet in the Wildhorse Grill at 7:00 a.m. and a shot gun start at 9:00 a.m.
The ladies will have a luncheon and program at the clubhouse 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
A scoring party will follow golf on the Grill Patio with light food and beverages provided.
There will be a chipping contest for the players and for the ladies a qualification round for “Putting for Diamonds”.
Saturday will begin with a breakfast buffet at 7:00 a.m. and a 9:00 a.m. shot gun start for the final round of golf.
Closing party at the clubhouse will be from 6:00-10:00 p.m. which includes a cocktail reception, door prizes, player awards, “Putting for Diamonds” finals for the ladies, sponsor recognitions, a buffet prime rib dinner and musical entertainment for listening and dancing pleasure.
After the formal activities all are invited to an after party to be held on the Grill Patio with music entertainment by Belinda B for listening and dancing.
