You may have noticed in the past month that Robson Ranch Road roadside has improved in appearance. The Robson Ranch Democratic Club (RRDC) recently completed a trash and debris pick-up on the north and south sides of the road from the Hunter Ranch gate near I-35 Exit 79 to Yarborough Way, a 3.5 mile stretch.

Thanks to RRDC donors, in partnership with Rodney’s Lawncare and Landscaping company, the roadsides have significantly improved. On a very hot Saturday, Aug. 17, a trailer full of trash and debris was collected and taken to the Denton County Refuse site. The cleanup required seven of Rodney’s employees a full eight hours to collect and dispose of all the debris.

This project cost $850, which was covered by donations from RRDC members. The club would welcome donations for future cleanups from members and non-members as well. If you wish to contribute, this can now be easily accomplished via the newly upgraded RRDC website link www.rrdemocraticclub.com/givebuy.
