Calling All Frogs! Robson “Go Frogs” Club to Host TCU/Baylor Game Watch Party

Robson “Go Frogs” Club members celebrate another TCU touchdown!

Tim Lucas (‘78)

Our next get-together will be a game watching party on Saturday, Nov. 2, when the Frogs take on the Baylor Bears in The Bluebonnet Battle, aka The Revivalry. This matchup is one of the oldest in college football, having been played a whopping 119 times!

Blake (‘85) and Teresa Prewit, our founders and respective president and vice president, will once again host the event, which they’ve dubbed Dos de Noviembre. We’ll meet at their home at 12500 Theralite Way on game day (as of press deadline, game time hasn’t been announced, so watch your HOA emails for that info).

The Prewits are providing a variety of tamales, along with margaritas, beer, and water for $5 per person. Guests are asked to BYOB any other beverage and bring a shareable accompaniment like beans, rice, guacamole, chips, salsa, or a dessert. Hopefully, if we have to break into El Presidente’s tequila reserve again, it’ll be celebratory, not sorrowful!

RSVP your attendance and what side dish you’re planning to bring to Teresa at [email protected]. Also, if you’re new and would like to join our club and get on our email list, just send your contact info to Teresa. You don’t have to be a TCU graduate to join the fun. Anyone who’s a Horned Frog fan is welcome.

Get ready to put on your purple gear and join us as we celebrate another exciting Horned Frog victory. Until then, Give ‘em Hell, TCU!
