Mark your calendar for the Robson Ranch HOA Holiday Gala on Saturday, Dec. 7, in the clubhouse ballroom. Cocktail time begins at 5:30 p.m., and doors open at 6 p.m. Dinner music will be provided by the Robson Little Swing’n Band, followed by dancing to the Casita Boys Band at 7:30 p.m.
The three-course meal includes the following:
Salad: Cornbread panzanella—cornbread toast points, slivered red onion, arugula, roasted cherry tomatoes, candied pistachio, brie, champagne vinaigrette
Main Course: Beef Wellington—filet mignon wrapped with Spanish ham, wild mushroom duxelle, puff pastry with candied carrot puree, braised leeks, bone marrow demi
Dessert: Peach cobbler with caramel a la mode
The HOA and Wildhorse Grill are teaming up to bring you this special holiday party. A fun photo booth will be available for you and your friends to enjoy. A cash bar will be available with local vendors to try specialty cocktails.
Tickets are $85 per person and are on sale in the clubhouse from the Director of Banquets and Events, Monday through Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. Tables will be set for 10 people each.
