The members and guests of Pilot Knob Rotary Club celebrated the Fourth Anniversary of the club’s charter on Oct. 11 in the Wildhorse Grill. As with any birthday party, they invited friends and even some new prospective members who are now excited about joining the club.

For birthday presents, nearly $1,000 in gift cards and cash was collected on a money tree. These gifts were donated to CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Denton County and will be used to purchase gifts for local foster kids during the holidays. Rotary District 5790 Governor Andy Eads shared, “Club President Dolores Kearney and members did a great job with the party. I was glad to attend.”

Special thanks to Mike Weaver, Charlotte Ivy, and Rachel Yeats for providing the live music, adding to the festive air of the celebration.

Pilot Knob Rotary Club is a group of experienced, professional leaders committed to service and fellowship, leading to a positive impact on our community and the world. We meet each Friday at noon in the Wildhorse Grill.
