Where did the Girls on Wheels go to celebrate the holidays? Downtown Grapevine, the Christmas Capital of Texas, of course! We visited the Palace Arts Center, which has a restored 1940s-era theater where the Texas Tenors performed. The Texas Tenors are celebrating 15 years together. Since competing in America’s Got Talent in 2009, JC, Marcus, and John have performed more than 2,000 concerts, have released five studio albums, and had two PBS specials. They have also written two children’s books.

We enjoyed their show “Deep in the Heart of Christmas” with the variety of songs and the feeling of a traditional family Christmas. There is something about the amazing vocals displayed by The Texas Tenors with their incredible harmony that sounds extra-fabulous during the holidays!

After the show, we strolled down the street with the amazing lights, displays, and people, young and old. We toasted our years of friendship at Farina’s Winery & Café and look forward to another year of memorable experiences together.
