At the June 18 meeting of the Robson Ranch Conservatives, our recently elected Congressman Brandon Gill updated his constituents on his experiences and accomplishments as the youngest Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives.
He has been appointed to serve on the Committee on the Judiciary, which includes Subcommittees on the Constitution and Limited Government, Immigration Integrity, Security and Enforcement, and Oversight. In addition, he serves on the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, which includes Subcommittees on Government Operations, Health Care and Financial Services, and Delivering on Government Efficiency.
Because of these committee positions, he has participated in hearings on Capitol Hill, during which his sharp, insightful questioning has been televised. He has granted numerous interviews to media outlets outlining his views as a Constitutional Conservative member of the Republican Party.
On July 16 Robson Ranch Conservatives hosted our local Texas House Representative Andy Hopper to update us on the recently concluded legislative session in Austin.
