‘Tis the Month to Be Jolly

Deena Barber

Sassy Stampers were busy on Nov. 15 making a lovely Christmas card designed by Rita Moore. The card shows a cozy, decorated mantle with a fire and stockings waiting for Santa to fill them. It was the final card-making day of our 2025 year. We will enjoy our annual Christmas party on Dec. 13. This is always lots of fun, with games, food, and gift exchanges.

In November our window display was filled with autumnal-colored cards, and this month it shows the creative efforts of our members, with Christmas being the theme.

A vote was taken, and it was a slam dunk to reinstate the existing leadership board. This will continue the efforts of Debbie Warrick as president, JoAnn Gantos as VP, Mickey Grames as treasurer, and Vie Knouse as secretary. Thank you, ladies, for the wonderful work that you have done for our club in the past. We are in good hands for 2026.

To all Robson residents who are looking for a way to express their creativity in a fun way: Think about joining our club in 2026. We are a welcoming bunch of ladies. At your first meeting you will not need to bring anything other than a smile and patience. The table leader will have everything that you need, and you will leave the class with a wonderful, handmade card. There will be some basic items to purchase if you want to continue with future classes.
