Members of Fellowship at The Ranch Church recently took a short drive to the Texas Motor Speedway for a tour. After checking in, the group went to the ninth floor ballroom for a panoramic view of the 1,500 acre property. The ballroom was beautiful with large windows for viewing the track and surrounding areas. The vastness of the property was overwhelming, with the three racetracks, infield camping area and stands. The Speedway hosts one NASCAR race per year. Once the group had learned about the racing facts and figures, they viewed the member’s dining room for race events. The tour culminated with the viewing of a private suite, which could hold 70 of your closest friends, while having amazing views of the racetrack. Once all the questions were answered, the group went to lunch at Rosa’s Café. Everyone enjoyed the food, conversation and fellowship. It was a wonderful way to spend a few hours together.
