With Election of New Board, Ongoing Membership Drive

Now is the time to renew your Robson Ranch Friends of the Library (FOL) membership. All membership drive proceeds support the Robson Library we all love!

We’re all thankful for our community library and the volunteers who keep it humming seven days a week all year long. Show your appreciation by renewing your membership before it expires on June 30! Please encourage your friends and neighbors to join FOL as well.

It’s still just $10 per person/year. Any renewal or new membership paid after May 1 is effective from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

FOL supports our Library and its volunteers by providing books, newspaper subscriptions, supplies and equipment. We sponsor events to recognize and thank our neighbors who are the dedicated library volunteers, and we organize thoughtful book discussions open to all Robson residents.

FOL memberships are crucial to our Library, which is not tax-supported and receives limited HOA funding.

There are two ways to join or renew your FOL membership.

* With your credit card online on our website at www.rrtxfol.org/pay. This is the easy way for you: no paper form to mess with, no need to find a pen, no extra trip to the Library.

* With check or cash, simply go to the library, fill out the envelope, put in your payment, and drop it off in the FOL membership box at the Robson Library. There are also membership envelopes at the Library desk.

Friends of the Library is a 501(c)(3) organization. As such we appreciate any additional donations made to support our efforts. Any donors will be provided with a tax receipt for their contributions.

The annual FOL meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 15 from 2:30 to 4 pm in the library. All FOL members are invited. Elections for vacant positions will be held. Megg Galloway, current vice chair, will move into the position of chair. Dianna Lucas will assume the title of past chair. Liz Handley will continue as secretary. Offices to be filled include treasurer and vice chair. Anyone interested in serving on the board is encouraged to talk to a FOL Board member for more information.

The library is located in the Creative Arts Center (CATC) building off Ed Robson Circle. Park outside the building, enter, and have the pdk app or card ready to unlock the library door. The library is open daily from the hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Volunteer staff is available to help patrons on Mondays to Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
