The Trammell Group visits Robson Ranch

The Trammell Group, which has been entertaining for more than 25 years, visited the Robson Ranch Women’s Club in February, just in time to give us ladies a Valentine’s Day performance. The group features musical parodies starting with a song about getting married (perfect for this holiday) and then tracing famous couples from Adam and Eve (featuring the song “I’m Just A Girl Who Can’t Say No”) to the Starship Enterprise. Included in the parody were fun songs featuring Nelson Eddy and Jeanette MacDonald, Lancelot and Guinevere, Rhett Butler and Scarlett O’Hara, Romeo and Juliet, Lot and Lot’s wife who was turned to salt and Miss Piggy and Kermit falling in love all over again.
Donna Trammell has written more than 900 songs and more than 70 full-length scripts. Donna and her group have raised money all over Texas for worthy charities. We are delighted we could spend this romantic holiday with such a fun group of performers.
Save these dates: Our Social Mixer is March 16 and the Robson Ranch Women’s Club Spring Trip, April 19-21, will be to Brick Town in Oklahoma City, famous for its dining, its music venues and lots of other great attractions.
