Looking for an organization in Robson Ranch that offers a much-needed service in the Denton Educational Community and recognizes the valor and dedication of teachers? If so, please join the After Schoolers Club. We welcome all residents who have a passion for educational staff, and, no, being a retired educator is not a requirement, and, no, you will not be working in a classroom.
The After Schoolers offer support for the teachers in two schools in Denton Independent School District: Borman Elementary and LaGrone Advanced Technology Center. This support includes monetary gifts, celebratory luncheons, and giftbags to include treats and classroom needs. The major source of funds for these activities is raised through the semi-annual Robson Ranch Community Garage Sale spearheaded by the After Schoolers Club. The date for this fall is Oct. 22 and promises, as always, to be the best, biggest, and only garage sale in Robson Ranch.
Our calendar year began Aug. 12 in the clubhouse with our new board presiding. All meetings are held on the second Friday of each month (August through May) at the Robson Ranch clubhouse. Annual dues are $15. This is a great time to join and get on board for great experiences that may even include some surprise field trips for members.
