The Photo Club Workshops meet monthly on the second Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m., and the fourth Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. in Room 104 at the Creative Arts Technology Center. For those who want to join the Photo Club, we have yearly dues of $10, which provides the club member access to our monthly general meetings and contests. To learn more about the Photo Club, please visit our website, www.rrphotoclub.org.

Our May 23 Workshop was hosted by Steve Simpson who presented “Beginner’s Guide to iPhone Photography.” This Workshop was to inform attendees of how to use simple techniques to improve on their iPhone camera photography.

We had a robust group of Robson attendees who asked many questions from the presentation agenda, which included: how to unlock my iPhone from the sleep mode directly to use of the camera app, setting up focus and exposure, as well as editing in the Photos app, to name just a few of the 10 lessons covered.

At our Tuesday, June 13, Workshop at 9:30 a.m., we will be presenting “Photographing Skylines and Architecture,” to be hosted by Dick Remski. On Tuesday, June 27, at 7 p.m., we will be presenting “How to Take Better Photos, Regardless of What Equipment You Use,” again to be hosted by Dick Remski.

We hope to see everyone then!
