The Rollin’ Ranchers Car Club is proud to sponsor a CarFit event that will help the Robson Ranch community. This Motor Vehicle Crash Prevention Program is designed to check how well a person “fits” inside their own vehicle for maximum comfort and safety and the safety of others.
On Wednesday, April 10, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the clubhouse parking lot, you can talk to an expert who will help mature drivers find their safest fit. Do you have a clear view out of your vehicle’s windows? Can you manage all controls and adjust the seat and seatbelt so they are secure yet comfortable?
Take advantage of this free CarFit check to see how well you and your vehicle work together. How does it work? You will pull up to the cones and stay seated in your own car. Adaptive devices will be available to assess individual needs. A trained CarFit technician will ask you several simple questions and complete a 12-point checklist. The entire process takes about 25 minutes to complete, and you will leave with recommended car adjustments and adaptations.
Please take a moment and scan the QR code to make an appointment. If you have any questions about this program, contact Heather Gilmore at 817-424-4937 or [email protected].
The Rollin’ Ranchers will hold a car show in conjunction with this event, so plan on attending this important event. For more information on the Car Club, contact Paul Wawak at 262-853-6426.
