“Exhausting, inspiring, soul-sucking, and purpose-giving.” What does that describe? Why, motherhood, of course! And every May we get to celebrate God’s unique plan for the continuation of life through His design of mothers and families.
The Woman to Woman Pregnancy Resource Center nonprofit, pro-life ministry in Denton hosted “Celebrating Moms,” a special Mother’s Day event honoring and supporting the courageous moms who bravely chose life in the midst of difficult circumstances. During the free event, these women enjoyed a day of special activities, creating delicious snacks, making floral bouquets, and enjoying well-deserved fellowship with other moms in a beautifully decorated room.
As supporters of this charity, the Liberty Belles of the Robson Ranch Republican Club jumped at the chance to participate. Members of the Steering Committee sewed beautiful cloth gift bags for each mom and filled them with special items to let them know they were supported and loved on this very special day, Mother’s Day, and every other day as well.
