With spot-on vocals and incredible musicianship, Fleetwood X – Tribute to Fleetwood Mac captured the look and feel of a Fleetwood Mac concert experience. Performing all the greatest hits and a couple of iconic ballads, they brought back some great memories for the sold-out crowd.
November brings the much-anticipated return of Desperado – Eagles Tribute to Robson Ranch. After working closely with the band and the HOA, the club was able to book two nights with Desperado: Thursday, Nov. 16; and Friday, Nov 17. Tickets went on sale Nov. 1.
On Wednesday, Dec. 13, the holiday concert will feature the one and only A Hard Night’s Day – Beatles Tribute, a fan favorite here at Robson Ranch. Tickets go on sale Nov. 29.
As promised, the Robson Ranch Classic Rock Club has brought some of the top tribute bands in the DFW area to Robson Ranch this year for our Classic Rock lovers. The year kicked off with Burning Sky Band featuring ‘60s, ‘70s, and ‘80s Classic Rock. It continued with Michael Lee from The Voice 2018 season, Lone Star Skynyrd – Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute, Texas Flood – Stevie Ray Vaughn Tribute, Windy City – Tribute to Chicago, The Elton Johns – Elton John Tribute, Buffett Beach – Tribute to Jimmy Buffett, and most recently, Fleetwood X – Tribute to Fleetwood Mac.
The club also provided the entertainment for the three free Holiday Patio Concerts at The Grill and, more recently, co-sponsored the music for The Texas BBQ Showdown.
So, the burning question is, “Do you need to get in line the night before to get tickets?” Unless you want to be first in line, no. Unfortunately, there is some misinformation out there. We have about a dozen diehard concert goers who get in line early to get a table for themselves and their guests (max one table per household). It has become its own social event. Friends come up throughout the night and tag team to take their place in line. Everyone else trickles in during the morning hours. Frequently, people who come up an hour before tickets go on sale end up getting tickets. Looking at the last eight concerts, four did not sell out on the first day, two sold out by the end of the week, and two sold out on the first day, one of which sold out later that morning.
We are already working on next year’s shows, including a few surprises.
