Drama Club Presents ‘An Evening of Comedic Misadventures’

Your RR Drama Club, of which actors, directors, and stagehands are all Robson Ranch residents, is rehearsed and ready to present mature comedy in a new format. Nine short skits will be enacted on Sunday, Oct. 23. Performance times are at 2 and 6 p.m., each with a 20-minute intermission and a cash bar.

The skits are “Angel in Disguise,” “Amazon Echo Silver,” “Riddles in the Dark,” “The Elevator Misadventure,” “Out to Lunch,” “RR Widgets,” “The Stick Up,” “Driving with Siri,” and “Who Shot Fred?”

Director duties fall primarily to the club’s vice president, Doug Akins. “Angel in Disguise” will be directed by Kathy Jacobs, “Riddles in the Dark” by Candy Anderson, and “Who Shot Fred?” by Club President Mary Ornberg.

Tickets will be on sale for $10 each on Oct. 17, 19, and 21, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the clubhouse. If still available, tickets will be sold at the door.
