On a recent fall evening, the Robson Ranch Tennis Club hosted a mixer with tennis players from the Denton Country Club. All of the players enjoyed several rounds of tennis and drinks and food on the porch.

On October 25, the Tennis Club will have an Octoberfest Tennis Mixer with all of the traditional foods and libations. Additional details will be publicized in the HOA emails. Other activities that are going on at the Ranch are a USTA Ladies Team and a Ladies Doubles League.

If you are a tennis player here at Robson Ranch and have not joined the Tennis Club, please see our information on the HOA website so that you can participate in the club sponsored activities. The Tennis Club is growing as new residents move into Robson Ranch, and we look forward to welcoming all tennis players.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 9 o’clock, the tennis players get together for drop-in tennis. No partner is required, and you do not have to be a member of the Tennis Club to participate.

If you are someone who has not played tennis for a while and need to brush up on your skills, or if you are a beginner and would like to learn to play tennis, Sheryl Kerr offers private and group lessons. She can be contacted at 940-262-3416. Sheryl is a USPTA member and was a high school tennis coach. The Tennis Club also has a ball machine which can be checked out.
