Clubhouse Fiesta Musica Dinner will be Friday, October 21, 5:30-9:00 p.m. The cost is $50 per person.
Come enjoy this three course festive evening with Jason Molina and his Mariachi Quetzal providing music throughout the evening. “La musica crea un placentero ambiente festive,” which means “the music creates a nice party atmosphere.” Each course will have different music arranged by Jason. He is an amazing musician and has turned classical music into a Mariachi tempo.
First course, Baja Salad: Romaine lettuce, avocado, toasted pumpkin seeds, cotija cheese with cilantro lime vinaigrette
Second course: Ancho Café (coffee) rubbed flank steak, whipped Peruvian purple potatoes, stuffed Anaheim pepper
Third course: Sweet corn pie
