Begin your Fourth of July activities here at Robson Ranch with a fun 3.1 mile/5k run or walk. This event is again organized by your Living Well Committee and is open for free to all residents and their families, friends and pets. Every year we have lots of children competing to win, while most entrants walk or run at their own pace.
We will gather in front of the CATC building at about 7:00 a.m.; the first 100 arriving will receive an American flag and the run/walk will commence at 7:30 a.m. sharp. If you are also participating in the parade you will have sufficient time to be there for that event which begins at 9:00 a.m.
The run/walk will follow a route monitored by volunteers with a water station along the way for people and pets, although it is a good idea for you to bring your own water.
After you return to the start/finish we will have ice cold watermelon for you to enjoy and cool off while you watch the parade pass by. The watermelon will again be provided by Doug’s Country Market who is at the clubhouse parking lot every Friday with fresh produce, meats and other products.
