The Robson Ranch Garden Club enjoyed a beautiful Monday morning meeting at Calloway’s, in Denton in late October. Store manager Evan Brady used several plant options in filling decorative pots for fall color. Mr. Brady also shared valuable gardening information while the membership gazed out at the glorious, colorful array of stock at the store. After the program several members enjoyed strolling through the plant displays and even carried a pot or two out to their cars to enhance their Robson Ranch homes.

On Monday, November 17, the Garden Club will meet here at the Ranch in The Lone Star Room at 10:30 a.m. The program will be “Spring Gardening Made Easier: Put Your Gardens To Bed This Fall.” Robson Ranch’s own Doc Clegg and Clyde Roberts will offer suggestions for preparing our gardens for fall and winter, and there will be time for questions from those in attendance. This meeting is open to all residents of Robson Ranch.

Membership in the Garden Club is $10 per household, and memberships will be accepted at the meeting. Your dues allow us to offer an honorarium or gift certificate to our speakers and helps with costs if there is an off-campus activity with entrance fees and/or transportation costs.

If you have questions, please call Vice-President Barbara Anderson at 940-239-6504, and we’ll see you in November!
