The Goumbas

The Robson Ranch Goumbas held their September lunch at Portofino’s in Krum. Portofino’s is the place for fine Italian food for the group. Alfredo, the Godfather of Portofino’s, again outdid himself with a feast of pasta for all. Alfredo also served up a delicious steak for all Goumbas to try. Alfredo was presented a Pioneer Press with the last Goumba article, which he proudly read.
The Boss, Bob Tastle, and the Under Boss, Jim Sico, called the meeting to order. The commission discussed several issues and major decisions were agreed upon with a majority vote. Meeting dates for future get togethers were set in stone but could be moved if needed.
