The Healthy Brunch Club met on July 13 at the home of Paula Sales. Beverly Akins was the co-hostess for the month. About 17 health conscience individuals were able to attend this month.
This month’s theme was healthy and tasty appetizers. In addition to the items prepared, Rupa Mather brought her homemade yogurt to be used in one of the recipes. The appetizers prepared were zucchini tots, Mediterranean cucumber roll ups, quinoa buffalo bites with blue cheese dip, watermelon feta appetizers, apricot canapés and mini brie and apple quiches.
