Let’s knock ‘em down for charity!

The Kiwanis Club Bowling Charity Benefit is coming up, and the only thing bigger than its name will be the fun shared by all! Score big on Saturday, August 19, at Brunswick Zone in Denton, 2200 San Jacinto Blvd behind Golden Triangle Mall and help support the various children’s charities in Denton serviced by the Kiwanis Club. If this is right up your alley then come on out for a great time with other Robson Ranchers, friends and family. Sign up as individuals, families, couples or teams of four.
Check in starts at 1:00 p.m. Then bowl as long as it takes to complete three games between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. The $18 gets each bowler three games along with a bucket of popcorn and pitcher of soft drink per lane. The shoe rental is not included.
The action-packed afternoon mixing fun and raising funds will also include a 50/50 raffle and a bake sale with an abundance of appetite-pleasing treats.
Event registration is open to everyone of all skill levels. Ticket sales starting July 31 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the Clubhouse. For more information contact Betsy Sheats at 940-262-0389.
