Over 50 large bags loaded with kids’ clothing, taking four cars and a truck, were delivered to the Community Clothes Closet in Justin in July. We were happy with the outcome and, again, thanks to the Robson Ranch residents, along with their friends, family, and neighbors who contributed to this special cause. These clothes will be given for free to families in Denton County. Along with the donated clothing, the Clothes Closet will be distributing a week’s worth of new underwear and socks for each child.
The next time you have gently used or new items, consider donating to the Community Clothes Closet located on Sixth Street, behind the post office, in Justin. They also have an outside blue donation box. Thanks, again, to Co-Chairs Pat Hamblin and Chris Mershon.
