Living Well Committee: Meet Our Newest Friday Market Vendor

Patti Smith

Johnnie Brinson has been involved in small businesses for a long time and has recently begun participating in our Farmers Market as owner of Genuine Enterprises. She sells herbal gourmet tea and homeopathic dry tea.

It is important to Johnnie that she helps family, friends, and others to stay healthy by strengthening the immune system. She creates her teas using the knowledge gained while completing a B.S. in biology with a minor in chemistry from Texas Woman’s University. Johnnie formulates the tea for sale in her home business from products sourced all around the United States.

Johnnie’s dry tea is sold in 20 packs of tea bags. The contents include green tea, Mexican pepper leaf, black tea, Mexican cactus, cinnamon, elderberry, ginger, eucalyptus, hibiscus, and several additional items. If stored properly, her tea bags may be used several times.

Stop by the market next Friday to meet with Johnnie as well as all the other 20-plus small business owners attending our Farmers Market. You can learn more about our vendors by checking out the Living Well Committee website at www.rrlwc.weebly.com.
