Mark your September calendar for the Business Expo!

The Homeowners’ Association is sponsoring the annual Business Expo to be held at the clubhouse on Saturday, Sept. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The purpose of this expo is to provide our homeowners with resources they may find helpful.

If you are interested in participating as a business vendor at this event, please contact the Activities Director Shelbi Berg at [email protected] to receive an invitation and complete and submit a registration form.

We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors representing the same type of business in order to offer more diversity.

Alley Cats Dueling Pianos

Dueling Pianos is back! Come out to the Clubhouse Ballroom on Aug. 20 at 5:30 p.m. for a delicious buffet served at 6 p.m., which will be burgers*, house chips, and coleslaw. The cost is $30 per person.

A cash bar will also be available!

To Purchase Tickets

Request your place to purchase tickets by submitting an email at 9 a.m. on Aug. 3 to [email protected].

If you are selected, a confirmation email will be sent back to you as to when to come by to purchase your tickets.

Reminder: No emails will be accepted before 9 a.m. on Aug. 3. There will not be an in-person line to purchase tickets. If you have any questions, contact the Activities Director Shelbi Berg by email or phone at 940-246-1002.

Seating will be tables of 10 each. (Limit 10 tickets per person.)
