Monte Bello Coffee is a family-owned business rooted in a legacy of coffee roasting dating back to the 1940s in Bolivia, South America. Brothers Nicolas and Alejandro Hidalgo have revived that tradition and bring their delicious coffee to Robson Ranch every Friday morning at our Farmers Market.
The brothers’ simple mission is to provide exceptional coffee at an affordable price. With that goal in mind, they traveled to Houston, one of the major ports for coffee in the U.S., to discover the ideal blend. After a careful selection, they found their signature mix, which is a rich combination of Colombian and Brazilian beans.
Nicolas and Alejandro currently offer a small selection of products that include 12-ounce bags of freshly roasted coffee available as whole beans or ground. They also produce 12 single-serve boxes of K-cups, each containing ground coffee suitable for brewing 6- to 12-ounce cups. All the roasts include light, medium, and dark in both regular and decaf varieties.
The Farmers Market is open every Friday in the clubhouse parking lot from 8 to 11 a.m. Come visit with all the wonderful vendors at the market! Information on the vendors is available on the Living Well website at www.rrlwc.weebly.com. In addition, an email is sent every Thursday listing the vendors who will be at the market that week.
