The Robson Ranch Music Club is sponsoring our annual Scary-Oke Halloween Dance and Karaoke Party on Friday, Oct. 27, at 7 p.m. Scary-Oke has always been a Robson favorite. It turns out to be a “fun-tastic” time for all our disguised guests! The costumes are always amazing. Folks here love to show their fun side by dressing up and turning out! The costume-tivity turns heads every time! Costumes like Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, witches, cowboys, bikers, Wonder Woman, Superman, werewolf, and even representatives from the Day of the Dead came ready to party the night away last year. Those are just a few examples of the outstanding costumes. Go to our website, rrmusicclub.com, and see all the amazing people who went all out in putting their costumes together in 2022.
Karaoke is also always great fun and entertaining. Then, what would a Robson dance be without line dancing? Always such fun! This year Bert Zeitlin’s line dancers have a special presentation for all to enjoy. The Music Club will give treats to the Funniest, the Scariest, and the Most Creative costume. Come enjoy dancing, singing, and laughing well into the evening. Can’t wait to see the costumes you all come up with this year!
Tickets are $15 and will be sold in the clubhouse on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 to 11 a.m., except on Oct. 11 and 13, when they will be sold at the Arts building. Tickets are also available on PayPal for $16. Go to rrmusicclub.com for information about the Music Club events. For more information on ticket sales, contact Linda Kurita at [email protected].
The club will sponsor another Music Bingo on Nov. 5 from 3 to 5 p.m. This time the theme will be Country Music! Tickets will be sold at the door for $10. A cash beer and wine bar will be on hand for those working up a thirst. Coming next for the Music Club is our annual Veterans Day Concerts on Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. No one does a better job honoring our veterans than Robson does. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy wonderful patriotic and reflective tunes sung by the Robson Ranch Community Choir and performed by local talented musicians, all, of course, under the direction of Dr. Arturo Ortega and accompanied by Paul Lees.
