Pilot Knob Rotary Club Notice

Pilot Knob Rotarians were on hand at the HOA All Clubs Open House.

Karen McDaniels, President, Pilot Knob Rotary Club

One of the (many) great things about living at Robson Ranch is the number of clubs and activities you can participate in.

The HOA All Clubs Open House on March 5 had a great turnout of residents curious about all the clubs here at the Ranch. Pilot Knob Rotarians were on hand to share the history and importance of Rotary’s work in communities around the world. As a 117-year-old service organization, Rotarians have a long history of “Doing Good in the World.”

If we missed you on March 5, we hope we didn’t miss you at the March 26 Women’s Club Spring Home and Garden Show. Many area families stopped by to enter our raffle and to see the pollinator display that was “buzzin’ around our booth.”

We were honored to have Robson Ranch residents George and Martha Coleman as our guest speakers on March 11. The Colemans shared the story of their grandson Bennett who was treated at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The quality of care that he received moved the entire Coleman family to become advocates and supporters. George also talked about how St. Jude shares their research with doctors and hospitals around the world.

Whether you are a former Rotarian or just want to know more about Pilot Knob Rotary, please join us Fridays in the Boardroom of the Wildhorse Grill from noon to 1 p.m. For more information, contact Karen McDaniels at 512-577-6149 or [email protected].
