Robson Ranch had a special celebration on Valentine’s Day, February 12, introducing the first “Recommitment Ceremony”. The Recommitment Ceremony was created and introduced by Dave and Susan Parker. The ceremony was attended by 12 couples. The ceremony was held in The Lounge, as the dining tables were set elegantly with red table clothes, flowers and place cards. Doug Akins officiated over the ceremony with a beautiful service and Beverly Akins presented a lovely reading. Each couple held hands with a red ribbon wrapped around their hands, recommitting their love and devotion to one another.
Following the ceremony, dinner was served by our Chef Aubrey with a complementary glass of champagne. Dennis Moon, a new resident to Robson Ranch, graced the group with background music, with his talent as a classical guitarist and vocalist.
The Recommitment Ceremony was so well orchestrated and well received, the ceremony will be back by popular demand.
