The Republican Club enjoyed an evening with District 64 Texas State Representative Dr. Lynn Stucky, DVM, at its regular October meeting. Dr. Stucky detailed his freshman term in the Texas House of Representatives and discussed details of passage or non-passage of various bills put before them. He also took time for a Q&A from the audience.
Prior to his remarks, Russ Bafford, club president, reviewed the 20 items Governor Greg Abbott placed on the call for the special session and then played a video of Lt. Governor Dan Patrick’s press conference, which was held at the end of the special session. It was a very interesting evening! A large crowd was on hand to welcome Dr. Stucky to Robson Ranch, along with his wife Lori.
