Bruce Chidester
Bill Soule is from western New York where he developed his love for big band music by playing with a Buffalo, New York big band while still in high school. He came south in the mid ’60s to attend Texas A&M and be a part of the “Texas Aggie Band” and later the Navy Band while serving and training in Pensacola, Florida. Bill was with the Billie Ledbetter Orchestra from 1997 to 2014 as well as many other smaller ensemble groups in the Houston area.
Mr. Soule has been a member of the Robson Chamber Ensemble from its inception one year ago. In addition to performing with the Robson Chamber Ensemble (25 members), Bill is also active in the Robson Ranch Dixieland Band and the Robson Wind Quartet.
