Doors Open: 6:30; Dinner at 7:00 and the band from 8:00 to 11:00
Cost: $65 per person
Course 1: Hazelnut Salad
Course 2: Chorizo Stuffed Cornish Game Hen with duck jus, Rosemary Crusted Steak Medallion with Chilean red wine reduction, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Lemon Butter Asparagus
Course 3: Goat Cheese Cheesecake with Blackberry Fig Marmalade and Honeycomb Drizzle
The HOA and Wildhorse Grill are teaming up to bring you a special Holiday Party. You’ll enjoy a three-course meal, and the Blue Hat Band will provide some great music to dance the night away. Tickets can be purchased at the activities coordinator’s office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
