Sliced peppercorn thyme roasted strip loin with carmenere demi glacé, Cornish game hen with cranberry sage butternut squash, duck jus, garlic rosemary roasted new potatoes, sautéed broccolini

Bourbon pecan pie, camp fire roasted marshmallow, cranberry marmalade, eggnog cream sauce
The HOA and Wildhorse Grill are teaming up to bring you a special Holiday Party. You’ll enjoy a three-course meal, and the Blue Hat Band will provide some great music to dance the night away. Tickets can be purchased at the activities coordinator’s office Monday through Friday from 9:00-4:00.
