This month the HOA Board would like to feature another hardworking committee at Robson Ranch: the Rules Compliance Committee (RCC). The RCC supports Operations and Patrol in the investigation and enforcement of the HOA rules and regulations, provides a system of fines and penalties, and provides for an appeal process for homeowners. The committee also meets periodically to listen to homeowner input, holds public meetings, recommends rules changes to the HOA Board and takes other actions as directed by the HOA Board. The RCC generally does not become involved in the Architectural and Landscape Committee (ALC) guidelines but does work in a cooperative effort with the ALC to assure regulation continuity.
Come to an RCC meeting and see these hardworking volunteers work to administer our communities’ rules and regulations. This dedicated committee handles tough issues that benefit the community as a whole.
