The Women’s Club will host our monthly luncheon on Monday, July 7. Doors open at 11 a.m., and lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. In July, the Women’s Club will celebrate our nation with a trio reminiscent of The Andrews Sisters! They will bring out our love of America as they share songs celebrating the USA!
July Buffet: BBQ chicken breast, BBQ sauce, coleslaw, baked beans, cornbread muffins with butter; Dessert: Peach cobbler, whipped cream

The charity for the July luncheon is Denton Community Food Center.
During the May luncheon, Donna DeBoever and Lisa Olson introduced new members, first-time attendees, and guests. There were four individuals introduced. During the meeting, we learned that, as of the meeting, we had more than 466 members. As a reminder, separate checks are required for annual membership and the monthly luncheon.
Shirley Monge celebrated the May birthdays. The drawing for the birthday card, lunch certificate, and lottery ticket was won by Jane Thompson.
From the proceeds of the Home & Garden Show, Mary Lynn Church, Dianna Duncan, and Suzzane Spisak presented a check for $15,153.89 to Alex Haase with Children’s Advocacy Center for North Texas.

Debbie Deverich announced that the July luncheon entertainment would be provided by three comedians for “Stand-up Grandma Comedy.” Debbie introduced the Little Elm High School Ballet Folklórico Dancers. Folklórico is traditional Mexican-style folk dance. The students wore costumes of the various regions of Mexico. Everyone enjoyed the dancing for Cinco de Mayo and the colorful costumes they wore.

Women’s Club Social, June 24: “Essential Accessories.” Dana with Le Fashion Coach will provide a demonstration on how to accessorize outfits.
4th of July Parade: The Women’s Club will have a float in the parade and encourages members to participate.
Holiday Market, Oct. 18: Scoot your boots over to the annual Robson Ranch Women’s Club Holiday Market.
