On Tuesday, August 27, the Sigma Chi brothers of Robson Ranch met for lunch at the Wildhorse Grill. One of the Brothers stepped forward and bought lunch for the whole chapter. He did not want any gratitude, just a silent thanks to the guys for the brothership the group has offered him. Being a smart person he did not tell anyone until after the bill came. Otherwise everyone would have requested the dinner menu! A sincere thank you, brother! Ken Javor filled in the chapter on his recent trip to Greece and all the unrest that was taking place. Wayne Rees took a recent fishing trip with fellow Robson residents. Somehow the group thought Wayne may have embellished a few mighty fish stories. Rounding out the discussions were more hunting and fishing stories, the stock market volatility and Robson Ranch updates. Also attending were Bruce Monroe, Norm Leggett, Dan Nicolet, Dave Parker, Pat Ross, “D”wight Evans, Mick Fox and John Humphries. Al Grundstrom and Chuck Newcomer were not able to attend. Next month the group will meet at the Chapter House for lunch. Any Sigma Chi’s living at the Ranch that would like to join the group, contact John Humphries at [email protected].
