It’s not too early to make plans to attend the most fantastic and elegant event of the year being offered to Robson Ranch residents. Again this year the Social Committee will offer the fabulous Holiday Gala held at the Texas Motor Speedway’s beautiful Crystal Ballroom.
The gala will be a truly elegant dinner-dance held on Saturday, December 13, from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. at the spectacular Crystal Ballroom. Attendees are invited to wear their holiday best. The fantastic ProSession Dance Band will provide music for your dancing and listening pleasure.
Tickets for the gala will go on sale September 29 in the clubhouse. Ticket sales will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from September 29 through October 17 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tickets this year will be $60 each.
For those who would rather relax and ride while enjoying a flute of Champagne, gala buses will shuttle guests back and forth between the clubhouse parking lot and the Speedway. Bus tickets are $5 per person round trip and can be purchased when you purchase your dinner-dance ticket. Buses will depart the clubhouse parking lot at 5:45 and 6:30 p.m. on December 13. Buses will return to the clubhouse from the Speedway at 9:30, 10:15 and 11:00 p.m. For those driving to the Speedway, valet parking is available for an additional cost.
The Holiday Gala menu is still being determined. However, there will be a choice of three entrees (fish, chicken and prime rib), two sides, three salads and several deserts. The menu will be decided on September 17 and will be posted in the Robson Ranch email announcements.
This year there will be six carving stations and four cash bars. The bars will open at 6:15 p.m. and will offer premium, deluxe and specialty cocktails, as well as domestic and foreign beers and wines. Wine by the bottle will also be available for purchase.
