Texas Jazz All Stars (TeJas) will be in the Robson Ranch clubhouse ballroom on New Year’s Eve eve, Saturday, Dec. 30, at 6:30 p.m. for your listening and dancing pleasure. You say, “I’ve never heard Texas Jazz All Stars!” Yes, you have. They were previously the Keller Area Youth Jazz Orchestra. They performed in June at Robson Ranch. Texas Jazz All Stars is based in Keller, but these teenage musicians come from as far away as Azle, Weatherford, Frisco, and Ennis, so the new name better describes where these young musicians are from and who they are—All Stars! These young musicians range in age from 14 to 17. But Texas Jazz All Stars don’t sound like kids. The kids are hard at work in rehearsal to ensure a crowd-pleasing song lineup of standards and holiday music. There will be open table seating, the dance floor will be open, and there will be a cash bar.
Tickets are $15 each. They can be purchased at the clubhouse foyer on Monday, Dec. 18; Wednesday, Dec. 20, Friday, Dec. 22; Wednesday, Dec. 27; and Friday, Dec. 29, from 9 to 11 a.m. Tickets can also be purchased by Venmo. Search Robson Riders @ Mike_Robson_Riders. Tickets will be held at the Will Call table the night of the dance. Tickets will be sold at the door on the day of the concert as well.
