Rainy weather does not deter members of the Fellowship At The Ranch Church when they get together for dinner, fellowship, and to honor volunteers. April 24 was the perfect example of this. Originally planned as Pizza on the Patio Volunteer Appreciation, it turned into Pizza in the Wildhorse Grill Volunteer Appreciation. It was storming outside, but inside it was all smiles, happiness, good food, and appreciation for those who volunteer their time and talents.

The evening began with prayer by Pastor Ed Jones, followed by an all-you-could-eat pizza and salad dinner. The conversation barely slowed as members of the church ate. Once dessert was done, it was time to honor all those who had given of their time and talents. Over 80 volunteers were recognized for their service on the church’s boards, committees, ministries, and volunteer groups, with many volunteers being recognized for service in multiple areas, with candy bars and Fellowship At The Ranch notepads.

It was still raining outside as members left, but it did not matter. They had spent an evening together with good food, fellowship, and the knowledge that their contributions to God’s work with Fellowship At The Ranch Church was appreciated.
