The entrance tower structure seems finished. The lights are active, and trees, bushes, and flower beds have been completed. There is no activity in the suspected fountain on the west side of the tower, but it is rimmed with lights. In the dark, the lights are bright enough to be seen from I-35W, about two miles away. Even as the sun rises and the street lights go off, the lights in and on the tower highlight the features. An impressive flower bed has been added and sod laid down where construction vehicles parked.
