UNT Musicians Return to the Robson Ranch Stage

The Robson Ranch UNT Music Scholarship Committee is happy to announce the return of University of North Texas jazz musicians to our stage. Professor Paul Metzger’s combo, The Abbey, will perform here on April 25 at 7 p.m. The combo was named after the Abbey Inn, a jazz venue in Denton, and features a vocalist, violin, tenor sax, trombone, guitar, bass, and drums.

Tickets are $10 and are available on the Robson HOA website. The tickets are listed under the Activities tab. Use the Tickets tab to reserve up to 10 tickets per person. A confirmation email will be sent advising when and where to pick up and complete your purchase.

Five dollars of each ticket will go directly to the Robson Ranch UNT Scholarship, which is provided to The College of Music’s best and brightest musicians.

Come bring jazz back into your life while supporting UNT musicians.

Robson Ranch UNT Scholarship Committee is a group of generous Robson Ranch community members who collectively raise funds to provide scholarships to music students at the University of North Texas. Scholarships are open to all currently enrolled music students and awarded by the UNT College of Music’s Scholarship Committee. Our goal is to award several $1,000 scholarships per year. Out-of-state students who receive a competitive award of at least $1,000 may become eligible for in-state tuition for the academic year of the award, as granted by the university.
