Members of the Robson Voices United gathered early on an April Tuesday morning near the Square in Downtown Denton, to create a masterpiece at Painting with a Twist. Members started with refreshments then donned protective aprons and dove into paint and canvas.

Our patient instructor guided us to discover and tap into our inner artist. Some of us found our inner artist harder to find than others, but we had a great time anyway.

We all walked away with our completed paintings to be hung in a place of distinction upon arriving back at the Ranch (or maybe in the garage).

The activity was organized by the Voices Social Committee, which also stages monthly bunco games and more, including a progressive appetizer and dessert event at members’ homes in May.

Voices United is a non-partisan group of Robson Ranch women who share progressive values, perform community outreach, provide civic awareness and social contact for members, and have a good time! We’re a 501(c)(3) group. Our annual dues are $20.
