Getting and staying healthy takes commitment. And a walking group offers built-in support to keep you focused on your fitness goals. Robson Ranchers joined the Living Well Walkabout on Saturday, October 15, as a fun way to get fit and the perfect place to socialize, stay motivated and strengthen friendships, all while moving toward a healthier lifestyle.
