The January issue of the Pioneer Press gave residents a view and description of the new golf course sand bunkers. Work has progressed more quickly than expected thanks to the fine work of the Robson Ranch golf and common areas employees under the leadership of Ryan Coffman, Director of Golf Course and Common Areas Maintenance, and Christian Boyd, Assistant Superintendent. Neither rain nor cold has kept these hearty souls from working to make our course a great course. By the end of March 2016 instead of early 2017 all work should be completed and the golf course will have new drainage systems, polymer liners and four inches of compacted USGA specification sand. All this work will result in an improved golfing experience at Robson Ranch Golf Club, and the sand in the Grill parking lot will disappear. The next time you see our employees working on the golf course or the common areas, give a Robson wave and thank them for their work. They make things happen for the residents.
Don’t forget to purchase your platinum, gold or silver member fee passes for 2016 at the pro shop and enjoy some mild winter days of golf.
